Omni Pro Academy is your training platform for learning Omni products, installation methods, and best practices so you and your team can improve in the field.

The Omni Pro Academy app is coming soon. For now, all training is accessed through the Kajabi app.

You can have up to 3 employees registered at one time.

Each employee receives 7 days of access once they are registered. After that, their access will automatically expire.

Yes, you can re-register the same employee at any time if they need access again.

After you register an employee, they will receive 2 emails. The first email is for confirming their account and creating a password. The second is the main welcome email with links and instructions to download the app and access the training. Most emails arrive within 5 minutes.

Have them check their inbox, spam, or junk folder. If nothing comes through within a few minutes, re-submit their registration to make sure the email was entered correctly.

Use the Employee Registration link provided in your welcome email or inside the platform.

You can reset your password using the link in your welcome email or by clicking “Forgot Password” on the login screen.

You can use the feedback and request form to share ideas, suggestions, or request new training content.
